We are delighted to bring Maria Sappho, a wonderful improviser, to the North East to sit in with us. Maria, as part of Zorya, supported our Aesthetics series in 2023 and alongside Katie Apple Oswell contributed magnificently to a superb set of improvised music. From that moment, Maria was someone we were eager to collaborate with.  See more here about Maria's wide ranging work in improvisation , instrument making and multi-species collaborative projects.

We will be in the backroom of Earthlings Café. Earthlings is a vegan café and before we start there will be time for you to enjoy the delights of the café. There is no alcohol served on the premises or during the event.
